REGISTRATION POLICIES (Download 2009 GI Registration Form)
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to reserve early to assure class availability.
To enroll, please fill out the Registration Form, including personal information, courses you wish to take, lodging/meal info, form of payment, etc. Upon receipt, we will contact you to confirm course availability and follow up with an invoice via e-mail (fax or mail). PayPal which provides option for credit card usage, can be used.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $275 is required to reserve your space. Balance is due by May 31st.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation must be given in writing, via registered mail of any type. If cancellation notice is received by June 1st, Guitar Intensives will refund 50% of tuition, lodging and meals (less $275 deposit fee). If notice of cancellation is given after June 1st, no refund will be made.
FEES
Registration and Tuition Fees include all costs related to instruction with exception of materials. Materials Fee, payable at on-site registration, includes instructional materials and DVD of Student Concert. The materials fee will vary dependent on the courses selected (ranges from $15 to $35).
Students (college, conservatory, high school) automatically qualify for Student Tuition rate below.

Scholarships are available, with priority given to Maine students and Maine residents. Discounted rates are available for Maine musicians.
If the financial commitment is of concern, please contact us. We will try to be as flexible as possible regarding payment arrangements, and to find alternative housing options.
