TOWNJHOUSES - KATHRYHN DAVIS VILLAGE

A best kept secret, College of the Atlantic, is perched on Frenchman’s Bay, five minutes from Acadia National Park in one direction, and five minutes from the bustling town of Bar Harbor in the other.

A small college with approximately 300 students, COA has been recognized as the “greenest” college in the United States. With its expansive ocean views from classrooms, the Dining Hall and the Library, and boasting its own beach and pier, COA is one of the bluest too!
