CANCELLATIONS
Guitar Intensives is a small program,. In light of this ,we've established the following cancellation policies and strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance in case of an emergency.
Cancellations through March 15 are fully refundable,.
Cancellations after March 15.
Full refunds will be made in the following two circumstances:
1. tuition, lodging and meals are fully refundable at the time of cancellation if you find someone to fill both your music seat and lodging;
2. If your place is filled by someone on the waiting list, you will recieve a full refund prior to start of the program.
In the event Guitar Intensives is not fully booked, and you do not find a replacement, tuition can be applied to 2028 program. Lodging will not be refunded.
MEALS are fully refundable until June 15.
COVID-RELATED POLICIES**
Proof of vaccination / boosters are NOT required. In keeping with Maine state law. and College of the Atlantic Covid-related protocols, masks are not required. Guitar Intensives reserves the right to initiate protocols to respond to changing situations. Completion of registration and payment will confirm that registrant agrees to adhere to Covid protocols of both College of the Atlantic and Guitar Intensives.
