OUR PROGRAM
Acoustic Blues, Swing, Jazz, Classic Rock
Rock/Pop, Folk
Early Intermediate to Advancd

By design, Guitar Intensives is a small program with approximately 25-30 participants. This is key to creating an intimate environment, and assures a personalized experience for each of our "campers." To achieve this, we include a detailed survey about your interests and musical background as part of our registration process.
OVERVIEW OF THE WEEK
Sunday begins in the afternoon with on-site Check-in/Registration, followed by Dinner. In the evening, you'll have a chance to hear about classes, ask questions, and speak with faculty individually should you wish. about classes you're considering.
Our Monday-Friday instructional schedule is 9am – 5:45pm. After lunch, we get together on the
portico (see photo below) outside the dining hall for announcements about electives,
evening activities, etc. – but also for mini-concert by one or more of our faculty! The video clip below was an informal musical sharing by faculty (2022) after lunch (Andra Faye, Mike Dowling, Scott Ballantine, Toby Walker).

Program activities conclude on Friday. We'll have our culminating student performance (optional) in the late afternoon, followed by dinner, and then our Farewell party/Jam.
